After Greece's application to the International Court of Hague Distomo, and the Municipality of Pilea-Hortiatis reportedly ready to claim war reparations from the Germans during the occupation. More specifically, the Municipality of Pilea-Hortiatis took effect from 1 January the Presidency the "Network of Cities and Villages Testimony Greece for the period 1940-1945" and the mayor, Ignatius Kaitezidis said that the issue of reparations from the Germans remains active in the actions of the link.
