Circular of the Ministry of Interior highlights the obligations of public officials to citizens in terms of behavior towards them.


According to a report of NET, the circular of the Secretary of State George Dolly urges government employees to answer phone calls, state their name, to respond with kindness to citizens' questions, provide contact phone numbers if they are not competent and refer to information services. With the same circular asking public officials to update the content of web services with contact staff (telephone, fax, e-mail), data-structure the organization of services and description of responsibilities
