P.PSOMIADIS "DESTRUCTIVE EFFECTS" OF LAW Antismoking

Concerns about "disastrous consequences" for tenants expressed the Region of Central Macedonia, Panayiotis Psomiadis, in a statement on anti-smoking law without exceptions announced.
As a solution, Mr. Psomiadis suggests the separation of branches in smokers and nonsmokers. 's statement Mr. Psomiadis: "In recent days we have witnessed the extreme unreliability of the government, with contradictions between top government officials to humiliate the state to citizens. What is certain is that the ultimatum Loverdou for universal smoking ban, without exceptions, will have devastating consequences, particularly in professional catering and entertainment, at a time already suffered adverse effects of economic crisis. Small shops will put padlock, while the larger will be significantly reducing their already low turnover. Furthermore, control of the implementation of the new law would be practically impossible, as there is sufficient staff of the controlling mechanisms. Think about all the Thessaloniki Regional Section, there are only ten tutors public health inspectors! Nobody sane person can not accept a law that proved unworkable in practice as it will inevitably lead to illegality shopkeepers and customers. The new anti-smoking law must have the acceptance of society to respect equally the rights of smokers and non smokers and adapt to social needs. The most democratic solution is to separate stores to non-smokers and smokers, the choice of the individual entrepreneur.
